@Phil @Alan Premise - First Script

In my schedule, I was going to make changes to my script today, but I thought it would be wiser to get some feedback first before I get any changes as I'm not sure what I should change yet. I wasn't sure how to write a script for an animation that has no dialogue, but I wanted to have a general idea so I don't waste a lot of time drawing storyboards I don't need.

  1. Hey Noah - turn this into a loose but readable animatic - so storyboard it out but get it onto a Premiere timeline asap - with sound etc - it doesn't have to be a work of art, but it does need to reflect your intentions. There is a world of difference between me thinking something about what you've written on a page, and you showing me what you're seeing when you wrote it. The only way that you can waste time drawing storyboard panels is if you 'over draw' them and mistake this process for an illustration job - show us what you're seeing and how you're seeing it and get it into a format you can share.

    1. Okay, that sounds good :D I wasn't sure if I even needed a script or if it would just be better to make an animatic, and when drawing the storyboards I took a lot of time making sure they were clean and tidy, so i'll try sketching out more quickly and get an animatic up asap!
