Looking though your character bible, I feel like there are large elements missing which is disappointing. Your character designs are full of character with animated expression sheets, and your finalised designs are slick and full of personality. However without any developed environmental designs or storyboards, its difficult to determine any narrative or theme. The audience is left confused. What is the relationship between the ghost and love interest? What is happening within the Moulin Rouge?

As it stands it is difficult to make sense of your characters as this project stands, so I would urge you to add a storyboard, animation layout, gesture sheets and props. I think from your designs it’s clear that you have a strong design and colour sense but this bible should be also showcase your storytelling skills and demonstrate your ability to fully understand and realise a character. Frustratingly, I feel your design bible doesn’t reflect those skills yet. - Justin
