Hi Noah. This is going to sound like an odd piece of advice but,concept art is different from character design. You've used the term concept art in your document. Can you change it to character design. I realise that may seem 'minor' but it is very important. Concept art is something you do at the beginning of a process (film etc) to inspire the project. Character design is a finished process...hence the word 'design' (a refinement process that has a beginning, middle, and end). Concept art is generally a 'one off' and something sketchier. Hope that makes sense. If you use the wrong words it make you sound like you don't know what you're doing...which is not the case looking at your drawings.
